🏎️ Speeding & Limits
- Built-up Areas: Maximum speed is 40 km/h unless otherwise posted.
- Open Roads: Maximum speed is 60 km/h (depending on island regulations).

🆔 Licensing & Registration
- License Validity: All drivers must possess a current, unexpired KLTA Driver License [cite: 13-14].
